What is the Tax ID # for the Foundation for End of Life Care?

Tax ID #: 65-0943337 (IRS Determination Letter)

What are the donations used for outside of the special needs of hospice patients and their families?

The greater focus of the Foundation is to use its resources to make a difference in the lives of hospice patients and their families by making financial grants on their behalf to fund everyday expenses that are fundamentally important to their comfort and peace of mind. We receive requests from hospices all over the country and our outreach and support is nationwide.

Secondary to meeting the special needs of hospice patients, the Foundation may award grants to fund promising research studies at sites throughout the country, including hospices, teaching hospitals, other providers and academic research centers.
