Our focus is to use the Foundation’s resources to make a difference in the lives of hospice patients and their families by making financial grants on their behalf to fund everyday expenses that are fundamentally important to their comfort and peace of mind. These needs are not covered under the Medicare benefit. We receive requests from hospices all over the country and our outreach and support is nationwide.
The Foundation is a qualified public charitable organization. All gifts to the Foundation are tax deductible as provided by law. Your donation, no matter the amount, will make a welcome difference in the life of a hospice patient and his/her family. You can make a donation online or by mail.
If online, with a valid credit card, select the donate link, and if by mail please make your check payable to the:
Foundation for End-Of-Life Care
3440 Hollywood Blvd. Suite 415
Hollywood, FL 33021
Because the Foundation is well recognized for its response to hospice programs across the country, our support is provided to hospice patients in need of our services across the country as well.
In addition to monetary donations, the Foundation participates with a vehicle donation program. We have also been the recipient of planned gifts such as: bequests, appreciated assets such as securities or real estate, insurance beneficiary designations, charitable trusts. We always encourage you to consult your attorney or financial advisor for guidance regarding the best form for your gift.
